I am not easily wowed when it comes to my favorite food in the world, DimSum. This place KILLED IT! The Best dimsum I have ever had since Alice 's Oaklands Tin 's Tea House. We were going to Siagon in Albany, but they closed. This forced us to find a new place and couldn 't be happier. The people here are also super nice and want you to be satisfied. Thank you King Valley Tea House, you are the absolute best!
This is my go to spot for dim sum and Chinese food in town. We love the BBQ pork buns, salt and pepper fish, the roasted duck, and chow mein.The restaurant is located in an old bank in downtown Pinole. The room is large with plenty of seating inside, and plenty of parking outside.It can get loud when they are busy, and dim sum is always a full room.
We were there on one of the busiest days on the year, NYD. Service was good, food awesome, we got in early before 12 and had no reservation! Lucky new years day for my wife and I. We have been mid-week without the crowds. A great place for Dim Sum! Try it out.

Pan fried chive dumplings - Good, pretty, tasty Chinese broccoli - Good Scallops with XO sauce - There was no XO sauceIt was spicy.
Decent suburban Chinese food ... oddly, white rice is not included !?! Clearly taking advantage of their mostly non-Asian customers.
