King Wok Chinese Food

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your establishment. On 12/01/2023, I placed an order for the Singapore Rice Noodles, an item I had not tried before from your menu. However, to my dismay, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the dish contained shrimp—a detail that was not mentioned or clarified on the menu.As someone with a severe allergy to shrimp, this oversight caused significant distress and concern for my health. When I contacted your staff to address this issue, I was met with a dismissive response that left me feeling unheard and unattended to. Completely dissatisfied!! I order from this place for years, my orders are usually above fifty dollars… tonight the tofu that I normally enjoy didn’t not taste good at all I couldn’t eat it , it almost tasted like chemicals I called and told them in good faith what had happened asking for a credit on that one dish that was not at al edible. I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me unless I returned my order which I threw away. The place is filthy and they are rude !! I am very disappointed in how they would loose a customer over a few bucks.

There's a few tables, but this is primarily a take out establishment. We've searched far and wide to find a decent Chinese restaurant and are so happy to find this one! The food is consistently good, they are very nice and aways include all the extras like duck sauce, soy and mustard while preparing your order.

Food is priced very fairly and I'm always given something for free with my order which is very nice food is always good never had an issue yet I haven't stopped coming back ever since Best I've found in the Reserva una mesa ahora

They do not deliver to black neighborhoods I am 8 mins away they took my order then called back 20 mins later to say they won’t deliver to “that area” because it’s outside of their zone (8 mins away).

Food is incredible and very fresh. Doesn’t take long at all for the food to be ready and the staff are all very friendly and efficient. Love coming here when I’m too lazy to make dinner!

Sesame chicken was surprisingly good. I usually get it a couple times a week lately from various restaurants. But this one was Reserva una mesa ahora
