came here for a quick lunch. ordered eel benton box and was a little disappointed for $20 l got two small discs of eel and sashimi with bones. I informed the waitress of the bones in the salmon sashimi and she told the kitchen staff she acknowledged, but no excuse. I also ordered fried scallops from their entree menu item list and was surprised to find out the scallops are actually seafood extenders or imitation seafood stick, similar to the crab in california roll. a little misleading for them to call their teller skallops when it is far from real thing. that was my second time about kinjo. came last time in front of a movie for a fast udon, I remembered that it was nice the last time so that we came back to try other dishes. I have a chicken catsu don, while friends got spicy salmon salad. the part was huge, but my huhn katsu also have some salat leaves and a whole egg (like an oyako don not really) in the same bowl. should I mix the salat leaves with the hot rice? or do I eat it first? it was a little weird. next time, they will stay with the noodles and sushi dresses.

Came here late at night after a 14 hour work shift famished. Got the kinjo bento (the biggest one available) and really enjoyed it and left content. I think the other boxes would have been too small. <br/ <br/ Lovely teriyaki chicken, fresh sashimi. <br/ Tempura sauce could have been a bit more flavorsome and the price could be a bit less expensive. <br/ <br/ Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. Overall a good feed.
we came here to look for an authentic Japanese meal and we have exactly that. we ordered the soft bowl crooked sushi roll (full part,) the huhn katsu don and the float. the chicken catsu was huge, but it had a very strange salad and an orange wedge in the bowl of total taste, taste and a little bite. the service was average.

I’ve walked past this place a few times and decided to try it out and was not disappointed! The food is delicious, reasonably priced and the portion’s are decent. The service could be a little bit better, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.
Food didn't taste bad... salad would've been better if my tomato wasn't mouldy... staff were super nice... my bf left his sunnies behind and the waitress ran after us to return it lol
