Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai

First time ordering from here so I was pretty excited! I guess I made the mistake ordering take out with a non vegan. When we took everything out of the bag nothing was labeled. The noodles, protein veggies, and broth were all packaged separately. I obviously knew the tofu was for me but we both had no clue which broth was which (both looked pretty similar). I tried calling (multiple times) to get clarification but unfortunately was sent to voicemail every time. I’m sure if we would have ate at the restaurant our experience would have been completely different. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-17

I had lunch at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! The meal was reasonably priced, falling between $10 to $20 per person. Both the food and service received perfect scores of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a delightful dining environment. I highly recommend trying the Green Chili Shio Ramen and the Gyoza – they were absolutely delicious!

We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and our server, Travis, was outstanding. For dinner, we spent between $30 and $50 per person. Both the food and service earned a perfect 5 stars, and the atmosphere was equally impressive. I highly recommend trying the Ramen Noodles!

The menu features a Vegan Miso Ramen, which includes a variety of vegetables and tofu. You can also request spicy miso on the side, and I was informed that it is vegan as well. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent.

I ordered the large vegan ramen to share with my partner. It was a generous portion for two and tasted quite good overall. I would definitely return when I’m in the mood for ramen!

beautiful place when you are vegan and love riddles. I added Wakame Seeweed and it became a big lunch.
