Went here Monday night for some late night food. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. My partner and I got the lamb chops and one of the pizzas. The food was incredibly delicious and is definitely having us come back. I would also like to add that the staff is amazing. Our server Mario was honestly the best! He provided us great recommendations on drinks and the food as it was our first time going there. He was also so kind and brought amazing conversation to our table. If I could rate our server he would be 5 stars out of 5. Our experience was definitely made better by him. If the food wasn't good then his service is definitely a reason to come back. Definitely coming back for monthly date nights with my partner because of the great service from Mario and the delicious food!
This is a fantastic place to eat that sits within one of the best places in the palm area. We ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp, Calamari, Ceviche and Sausage and Pepper Wood Fired Pizza. All tasted fantastic, with the shrimps and pizza standing out. I also had a P.B. Espresso Martini who was a favorite among our group. When we arrived, we had to try to get a table, but as soon as we sat, the waiter was excellent. I also liked the setting and mood of the restaurant.
We went for dinner here last night with a party of 8. Although we have had a number of fabulous dinners while in Palm Desert none of them of them were an experience like we had at Kitchen 86. I think it all started with the demeanor of our server Mario. The live music during our dinner was also a great added touch. Food and Drinks were great! This will be a regular stop for us every time we are in Palm Desert.
Nice atmosphere, the staff was fast and friendly. Eating was pretty good, but the portions are a little small for what they are. I would come back to try the different elements on the menu. Someone in our party ordered the kitchen 86 burgers that I tried and was definitely a standout, would recommend.
