Kitchen 1883 Union

This was our first visit and we were very happy. The pretzel bites were amazing and the beer cheese was really tasty. All of our meals were great. My son was a bit overwhelmed by the large portion of the chicken and waffles and was super excited about the cayenne syrup. Super tasty. This place will definitely be going on the dinner rotation!! I've only dined here four times, but each experience has been fantastic. The flash-roasted Brussels sprouts and cauliflower are superbly complemented by a piece of salmon on top, all drizzled with a delicious sauce. This dish isn't on the menu, so be sure to ask for it!
