I saw on the website that they were offering a $10 discount on the first online order. I placed an order for $48 but did not receive the discount. When I called to inquire, I was told that the discount is only available on a different website. This was confusing to me, as the Kisaya website on Broadway clearly stated that there is a $10 discount on first orders over $20. I was disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering from them again.

These sashimi and Tempura is not fresh. It’s taste is too bad. And if you have allergy, You can’t order everything.When you order something, you should double check your Bill, It’s different menu price.And You should try to go weekend. You can see The Chinese Owner yelling at the other Staff.
Restaurant should know about the meaning of respect. They have not any kind of it. I came to pick up up my order and the owner yelling me : Why did you come early : I think I have waited enough 30 minutes Anyone who respects himself I think should find another location for ordering sushi. The restaurant is always comfortable and the food is delicious. I recommend trying the chicken teriyaki box, the great salad, and the California rolls - everything is so tasty! I just wish they offered delivery services.
