Love, love, love. The place is intimate, simply decorated but functional and clean. You can sit at the food prep area and watch it all being made in front of you. I loved sitting waiting for my food and watching things being, prepped, sliced and rolled. I found the whole experience just absolutely gorgeous. The food looked amazing and it tasted divine. Very reasonable prices and wonderfully, warm accommodating service. It does get busy so beware. Although the food is delicious and we are frequent customers, today's service was disappointing. We felt deceived. We requested extra Wasabi Ginger, but they did not include the appropriate amount in the original packaging. They assured us they would add more, but when we got home, there was none in the packaging. This happened just 5 minutes ago. This was for my daughter and I was truly upset. My advice: Do not use the collection service, never rely on the staff, and always double-check to ensure they have included what you asked for in the order box.

Excellent service from the telephone booking with Toby to the collection with Kinneret. Really attentive staff. Great food and presentation.
