Very disappointed! I loved Kneaders and this place was pretty good. It was the key word here. My husband, my daughter and I went to lunch on a Saturday afternoon and were very disappointed with the menu offer that is actually available to us. When we started for the first time, we saw a sign on the doors that they would not have croissants for the foreseeable future due to manufacturer problems. Bummer, because the chicken salad Croissant Sandwich is my favorite, but understandable. Then, as we started ordering, the problem really came to light. Absolutely love kneaders. The breads are delightful and the baked goods are just simply delicious. One of my favorite sandwiches here is the kids peanut butter and jam. I know it sounds simple but it is so good with their bread and jam. I'm also a big fan of the breakfast options like the French toast specifically. It is amazing and I highly recommend it, I wish they offered it all day long not just breakfast hours. The trinkets and things they sell are also pretty cool but the food is the real reason to stop in. Oh yeah, don't forget to get some of that chunky cinnamon bread. That is about the best stuff in the world.
the last 3 times that I have went to kneaders (every time ordering the same sandwich) it has been messed up. One time I got a sandwich with a slice of cheese and the wrong type of meat wrong bread. The past two times nothing on the sandwich besides the meat, dry bread and completely inedible.. It?s so frustrating because I used to love this place but I?m done wasting my money and time. I understand that mistakes happen but three times in a row, something?s clearly off.
Never order the tuna sandwich during the Kneader on Mall Drive!!! They hoard the tuna. Not even enough to spread from one end of bread to another! I was totally disappointed and worsened on this sandwich. That had a salad leaf in it. We loved going to kneaders. But no more!!!?? ...
