Knolls - Reservar una mesa

On Sunday, July 28th, I was eating at this establishment and had to use the restroom. When I went into the restroom and into the bigger of the two stalls in there (which was not a handicapped stall) I could not shut the door behind me and my wheelchair. My sister was with me and said she would go ask the owner if it was okay if we locked the outside door to the restroom while I was in there so I could have my privacy and the owner said that was okay. I locked the door behind me and about two minutes after I did so, someone was banging on the door and trying to open the locked door. The owner is a sloppy drunk. She’s mean, plastic and berates and bullies customers…never seen anything like it. Look at the reviews on Trip Advisor! The owner has insulted countless customer. Stay away … this owner is unhinged…she is frightening.

Haven't eaten here and I won't due to several friends that were verbally abused by the owner and the service was abysmal. Seems like it's gonna close down soon. Great job, owner! You sound like a psycho.

We went to Knolls last Friday for Happy Hour and it was fantastic, great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices, and great service. Not busy at all. I posted their pokey stack and sliders.
