Hibachi at Kobe is always a wonderful experience! They squeezed us in without a reservation, and our chef was very funny and skilled. I appreciated having the plastic dividers between groups, even if they were a little dirty. The only complaint I have was charging me for my two protein choices separately instead of the combo price. It was apparently a new change since it's something I'd been ordering for a while, but scallops and chicken can't be paired. We didn't need to ask for more yum-yum sauce since our waiter was consistently topping us off. He even added extra cups of it to our to-go boxes. I have never had bad food or service at a Hibachi restaurant. The food and chef performance always makes for an enjoyable dining experience. Kobe Japanese steakhouse is by far the most superior Hibachi restaurant that I have had the pleasure of dining at. Little touches such as adding fresh scallions to the fried rice, introducing fresh garlic where appropriate and adding a couple of roasted potatoes to the steak dishes, really raised the flavor profiles. We were also having a birthday celebration and the staff made the birthday girl feel very special. If you're ever in the neighborhood, stop by for a fantastic dining experience. You won't be sorry!
I had a really great experience for my first time at this restaurant. I gave it 4 stars because there was a small mistake with my order and the noodles were a bit too salty. However, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The salad dressing was excellent and the soup was full of flavor. It's a great place to celebrate birthdays, as they sing for you at the end, which is a nice touch.
One word, DELICIOUS! My family and I have been to Kobe’s on a numerous occasions and can honestly write that we have never left this place in disappointment. The food is tasty, the servers are attentive and polite and our chef, Carlos, was full of wit. We’ll definitely return again!

Very delicious and kind staff. A lot of food is included in your meal I had to take home a lot of my pasta and rice to eat later.
Had a family Birthday dinner at Kobe’s. Food was so good and they sang to my husband and gave him a cupcake. Fun family night!
