Kobe Steak House Of Japan

I would rate the bar service 1 star due to my experience with the bartender who was working around 9:30 PM on November 18th. She had blonde hair and looked quite young. When I approached the bar, she looked right at me but then turned to the woman with brown hair and asked if she needed anything, even though I was waiting for service. The brown-haired lady had to prompt her to serve me. Later, when my friend came up to the bar, the same bartender walked past her, and again it took the brown-haired lady to suggest that my friend might want a drink. The ambiance of the place is great, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such poor service, as they usually excel in customer service.

Food is great at dinner time that’s the only reason for theee stars instead of one. Do not recommend coming for lunch absolutely disgusting and doesn’t taste the same at all! It is not hibachi they cook it in back. Apparently it’s when the cooks train and you can tell. Figured I’d let future visitors know as I wish I would’ve known. Server was nice. Left two full plates but still paid full bill. No accommodation to our dissatisfaction.

The service was good, the waitress was pretty dry but the chef was lively enough. The portions of food are worth the price but the flavor definitely isn’t, was not impressed with the food at all. The ginger dressing was thick ginger mush, the steak was juicy but not flavorful, nor was any of the other food from the grill. The only thing that was actually really good were the rangoons. I finally got the chance to take my children and we give it a 10 out of 10 review. The food was delicious and our server was amazing! He really did bring the excitement and the laughs. This was a fantastic experience the cooks are stupendous. The food was fresh the restaurant was immaculately clean and the entertainment was off the chain. Not to mention that the food was quite delicious and very healthy.
