Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard

This place was closed during the winter season. The warmer weather has caused this place to reopen. I used to love Kohr’s vanilla soft serve. This was my first time ordering ice cream at this location. I ordered their deluxe chocolate coated waffle cone dipped in chocolate with vanilla soft serve ice cream for $8.50. I was disappointed, since the ice cream was not cold enough and was almost tasteless. It could be because they just reopened to serve ice cream. I doubt I will return here. Next time, I will try some other local ice cream shops even if they are not soft serve.

I love frozen custard! We had been through the Bethany Beach area many years ago and had this custard so definitely had to stop again. It was hard to find one open on April 21st. Many of the websites for this local chain said open but they were closed when we went by or no one answered when I called. So I was thrilled when we left our place in Ocean City to visit Bethany and it was open! Just as good as I remembered. I saw Dickies frozen custard down the street and would love to compare them. Maybe I will come back tomorrow.

Had to try their frozen custard while walking on the boardwalk. Their frozen custard was excellent. I had the chocolate and peanut butter swirl. Awesome. Wish we had Kohr Brothers in our county in Maryland!! Would be a regular at their stand then.

This is just a classic ice cream spot along the promenade. It's the ideal treat after spending the afternoon at the beach. I highly recommend trying the chocolate and peanut butter flavors; they were absolutely delicious!

Kohr Brothers consistently serves excellent frozen custard, and this location is no different. It's conveniently located in the main square and has a wonderfully creamy texture.

The soft serve ice cream here is delicious, with a fantastic variety of options, including chocolate-dipped treats! They also offer sprinkles and kid-sized cones!

Delicious ice cream. A step back to old days when we enjoyed ice cream on the boards especially the orange and vanilla twist.

Seriously good. Like crossing soft serv with custard. Smooth, thick, creamy.
