Their true is very nice and burgers look attractive. It's a Sunday when we had our lunch here and try out their KK salmon burgers. After 30 minutes waiting we finally had ours. But end up it's cold an raw salmon burger inside. We went back to tell the staff, they said nothing and just put the salmon burgers back to pan and cook again. Not a single sorry or anything. Terrible customer services.

We visited this place with the kids in July. The chicken burgers were actually raw inside the batter. We asked for our money back and we were advised to ask their head office at EVZ. They asked for the ticket and bank details. Since then, six non-answered emails and still no refund. An advice: stay away from their Chicken Burgers!

People that came after you will be serve before you, but like the chef said it 's normal . I waited 50min+ for an average tasting burger and sweet potatoes fries.... So order when you are not hungry cuz you will be by the time you get your food.

The burger is very likely the best in town. However, inefficiency in the kitchen seem to cause lots of waiting time. I once had to wait for 35 min should not take more than a few minutes.
