Great food and welcoming service. They offer Wi-Fi and convenient charging outlets. The cozy ambiance adds to the experience. The only drawback is the small size with few tables, and limited street parking without a permit from Monday to Friday during the day. Iced chai tea with almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla was a perfect 10/10. The croissant lost some points for not being warmed up, but it was still very flaky and buttery!
