I went to this restaurant with my friend and her mom. I ordered the Side Swipe roll, which was delicious! I wanted to get some sashimi, but I found it way too overpriced. If I recall correctly, they wanted about $6 for a single piece—definitely not worth it. My friend's mom tried the clear noodle Korean dish, but she wasn't a fan. There were some really tough, branch-like pieces of fern in it that even our waitress wasn't sure were edible. The service was decent, although it seemed like our poor waitress was managing the entire restaurant on her own. The Crab Rangoons were tasty, but I would have liked a sweet and sour sauce instead of the yum yum-like sauce that was served with them. The Rainbow, Fire Cracker, and Sunday Morning rolls were all enjoyable; however, the Sunday Morning roll is cooked and it was packed alongside the two cold rolls, which resulted in the cold rolls being warm — not ideal for raw fish. The Chicken Fried Rice was good, just as you’d expect it to be. The Gyoza was crispy and flavorful. I had never experienced anything quite like the Dolsot Bibimbap with Beef before. I started with a sushi roll, and then I ordered the lobster rangoons, both of which were delicious. I didn’t ask for anything unless the waitress came to my table, so I wasn’t making her run around. However, when she brought my check, I politely informed her that I still wanted to order an entrée. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said, “What do you want?” as if I were inconveniencing her. At that point, I chose to just pay for my meal and leave. I still tipped 20%, but I don't plan on returning if she's the one serving. The other waitress I had was wonderful, and I would love to come back when she is working.

Kopan has been a beloved family spot ever since it opened in the area. The sushi is consistently amazing. Recently, I sampled the kimchi fried rice with beef, and it was incredibly delicious—truly a taste of Korean comfort food. The photo was taken last month at the restaurant. I highly recommend it! As for vegetarian options, I've had a couple of vegetarian rolls—one with sweet potato and another that I can't recall. They were decent, but I personally prefer the rolls that include cream cheese!

This is likely the best sushi spot in Northern Kentucky. Every roll I've tried has been fantastic! The Swipe Right, Kopan, and Sassy Girl rolls were particularly amazing.

The sushi rolls are half price and absolutely delicious! However, the vegetable tempura wasn't very tasty.

The shrimp, crab, and jalapeño Rangoon are excellent; the food overall is very good.
