Kopan Sushi Ramen

We were there last night to celebrate a family birthday. We ordered Ebisu Sashimi 18 Pcs Cutlet Ramen, Kuro Mayu Ramen, Kara Miso Ramen, Senorita Roll, OMG Roll, Baked Green Mussel, Spicy Garlic Edamame, salmon roll and the moon roll, they are super tasty and fresh! The only two commands I don't care about are the Crispy Scallop Roll and Popcorn Roll. Customer service was great. Very recommended!!!

This rating is based on the vegan ramen only. The broth is bland, the vegetables are barely cooked, and the noodles are below average. This dish was so poorly executed I question the rest of the menu. Some of the servers are great, others not so much. The interior does have a really cool vibe, but I don?t think I would come back here again.

I came here with my family. My son doesn't like sushi, but he loves ramen. Both are quite high-quality here. The smokers taste as if it came from a restaurant specialising in smokers. The Tempura and Karaage were delicious and my Sashimi was fresh.

from a client who wanted to eat here. the broth for the rams is pork-based, so that those who can not have a gay will be advised. I went with okinawa sushi plate and it was good. also the Squid balls were very good.

What a wonderful restaurant! The ambience and the furnishings were so beautiful to see. The food was also fantastic! Can't stop thinking about the black garlic rays.
