during a short holiday with our home, we have a small break in the magnificent stauferstadtchen bad. we could park our womo free on the parking lot at the train station in the right rear area on Sunday. from there it is not far high through a city gate into the alleys of the old city. the lovingly restored and bestowed with flower ornaments show themselves in such a variety that they quickly lose themselves in the study of the details and the time of one of them galopps. only when the magnification begins to infamous them realize that it is time to look for a gas house. our choice fell to the narrow factory “Zum herb Weible” at the marktrain 5, the steeply rising plant beaches high to the rat house and the blue tower, which is stabilized by a complex corset until time. in front of the entrance there is a small terrace with seating for about 20 people. a part of the tables, however, is very inclined and one wonders how the suppe remains in the teller. the main guest room inside is tubular, with dark wood and beams and divided into several seating groups. on the left you will find the treses and the garderobe. go to the toilets in the back; over a steep wooden staircase a floor higher, the men a half floor deeper; old, narrow, but very well maintained and clean. it should be a space next to him. the restaurant looks back on a long tradition. his name is due to a poor widow who was given a life in the 30-year-old with her criminal knowledge and her son. still today there are in the city “Kräuterweible”, who know, use and pass on the natural healing powers of the wild herbs. when we entered, we were kindly greeted to a table where a young family was waiting for her to eat. the cards were immediately handed over to us and the ordered drinks came to the table after the turn. to din are mainly chicken dishes and rumpsteaks in different variations as well as carving. speciality of the house: 1⁄2 huh! but we had more lust on rumpsteak from Argentinian bark and ordered: 1x rumpsteak with roasted whistle rings, mixed salad plate at 17,00 €, 1x rumpsteak with pfeffer sauce and pommes frites at 16,00 €. the connection to the kitchen takes place from the entrance via a counterspeak system and a small material elevator. while we waited for our two eating, the portions of 1⁄2 chickens went almost every two minutes, even for picker. our two medium sized rumpsteaks were explained with 230 gr each. both the size and the type of preparation were very appealing from the kitchen without the floor to critique. both were tender and tastefully excellent. the supplements ordered for this can be set up freely. my pommes have been prepared at the place; the mixed salad of my guide was made from fresh sharing with a pleasant dressur. special wish of the little girl at our table – of course happy and immediately fulfilled. the two female service employees were difficult to demand, but always friendly and always there when they had a desire. even a randomly fallen fork of the little child on our table was registered by the mother behind the tresen and immediately replaced without request. in the on-site flyer will offer in the location, a good smooth service by fast operation also for bus groups. that I find easily exaggerated, as here will find a maximum bus for its passagiere space, but we have tasted it very well; the service as well as the kitchen performance could convince and costly everything was also in the frame. together with a wine-free alcohol-free 0.5 ltr and a Johannisbeer juice porle 0.4 ltr we paid €39.70. we will be happy to come back with the opportunity! again in value 1* 5* : 4.5* visit: Sunday 02 04 2017 13:57:25
