The staff was professional, but they weren't very approachable. The menu selection was quite limited. I learned that the apple fritters are only available on Fridays because of a corporate policy. I also requested a cinnamon roll, which was on the menu, but those are only available on Sundays, and they hadn’t prepared any yet that day. This was around 7:30 AM, shortly after the store opened at 6 AM. I felt a bit let down. During my last visit about six months ago, there were also menu items that weren’t available. I might consider giving this place another chance in another six months.
Came here with a friend tonight we hangout and done coffee and talked, no complaints except that the lady made a mistake on the size of our coffees, other then that not a big deal. She was very kind she brought our coffees to us and I loved the music they played very jazzy and fun. We had a good time. I like this krispy Kreme it's not to bad.

worse and worse. do not expect edible donuts when they go too soon. they will be cold and hard as they have been in the freezer and the closed lobby is irritating. they are rude when they go through. if they order one of the ice creams. they bring them into a much smaller cup without whip cream.
The drive-thru customer service could use some improvement. However, the original glazed donuts are always delicious, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make frozen lattes at the time, so I had an iced latte instead, which was just alright but a bit too sweet for my taste.
The donuts were decent, but the coffee was disappointing and not worth the money. Customer service was lacking, and the woman working the drive-thru was rude when we pointed out a discrepancy between our order and what we received. Definitely not worth the visit.
I just stopped by for a quick pick-up, and I was really impressed. The donuts are incredible, especially when they come straight out of the oven. They're warm and absolutely delicious!

The donuts are a hit with my family. Personally, I find them a bit too sweet and think there could be more dough to balance the flavor. However, they do taste great overall.
