The management at this Krispy Kreme location was very disappointing, and I hope upper management takes notice. My wife and I arrived at 9:15 PM on National Donut Day and waited in line, even though I have the Krispy Kreme app. Since we just completed our vaccinations, we wanted to confirm with staff and select donut flavors for our kids in person. It was cold and windy, when suddenly a woman, likely the manager, came out to say they would only let customers inside until 9:45 PM. But it was already 9:43 PM, and there was no earlier notice or signage about this policy. It would have been much more reasonable if staff had informed us 10 to 20 minutes ahead of time.

Delicious donuts and excellent service, plus I appreciate the drive-thru option. However, I was surprised by the price—$11.50 for six donuts seems a bit steep. I should have opted for the dozen for just a few more dollars. Regardless, the donuts were fresh and satisfying, so I left content. Next time, I’ll bring some friends or try to find some coupons. As a side note, I offered a couple of dollars as a tip, but they kindly declined, saying it's against their policy. I respect that.

We actually experienced a similar issue a few years ago, which is why we decided to stop coming to this location and began visiting the La Puente store instead.

I had a fantastic experience! After struggling with the app on my phone, I went inside and spoke with someone about the issues I encountered. He kindly gave me an extra dozen doughnuts for my feedback and inconvenience. What a great guy, and the doughnuts are amazing! The Fall Collection is outstanding!
If you’ve already been to Krispy Kreme, you know what to expect. But if you haven’t, get ready for a wonderful treat! The donuts are incredibly light and airy, so you can easily enjoy more than two without any guilt since they’re not heavy at all.
Whenever I'm near a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop, I can always expect a wonderful experience! The ambiance is great, and the staff is exceptionally polite and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a delightful experience!
I wasn't a fan of the food's flavor, and the donuts were excessively sweet. I've heard others rave about it, but I don't see why people rate it so highly. There are definitely better, more affordable options elsewhere.

The best in the!!! If you long it you should go and get it!! Although it was 25 minutes away. And it was pirate day, so there were many people. But in the end it was worth waiting
