I absolutely love this place, but yesterday, on 10/13/23, they had a Friday the 13th deal where you could buy one dozen donuts at regular price and get another dozen for $0.13 - a great deal. However, when I bought two dozen, it was clear that those donuts were not made as usual or were not fresh at all. After eating one donut, I was disappointed that it did not taste the same as usual. The icing seemed to have not been mixed or stirred long enough and the donuts were overcooked. I believe this may have been due to the high volume of customers that day. Despite this, I will be returning today, 10/14/23, to exchange the donuts. I do not want my money back, but I would appreciate receiving fre...

The donuts taste great but I had a cashier who was very nasty. He did not want to re make my drink because he forgot my cream in my drink. His attitude could have been a lot better

I picked up a dozen special doughnuts for dessert for my mom and dad tonight and got a free doughnut hole during my visit. I love this place and have never had any issues.

We went for the first night of darkness donuts. I was impressed by how organized they were with the crazy line of customers. Fast service and great customer service.
