The original glazed doughnuts are gross. But the seasonal doughnut they have near the fall is pretty good. Originally it was the cinnamon swirl then they put a twist on it every year after. This year its pumpkin spice latte swirl. 1st day I attempted to get one, I said can I get 1 pumpkin sw ? I was cut off by the rude employee saying we ain 't got no pumpkin. I said ok, so you ain 't got nothing pumpkin period at all? She said no. I drove off found it hard to believe they had NO pumpkin doughnuts from the pumpkin line at all. So I called asked, well come to find out, they DID in fact have 2 of the other pumpkin doughnuts but yet I was told they didn 't have anything pumpkin at all. Listenin...
If I could give it 0 stars I would. For starters, there was a huge fly on the counter while James was taking our order. He smacked the fly with his bare hands, wiped it off the counter with his bare hands, and continued taking our order. He then proceeded to make our coffees WITHOUT washing his hands. He washed his hands once he was almost done making the coffee, and didn’t even scrub his hands; only rinsed a couple seconds and dried his hands on his clothes. On top of that, he was upset that we were making coffee orders. The coffees were disgusting, and we could tell he was making the coffees with frustration and without actually measuring the portions.All in all, seeing someone smack a fly...
this place does not even deserve a star, every time we try to get donuts late night, since this device is supposedly open “24 hours” all workers outside sitting on the curse around and when we are in the drive thru the excuse is that “our system is currently down” and it is not just a single time. it is every time, and obviously they stop drinks at 5 on the afternoon also what does not do, since when there is a “24 hours setup”. I suggest going to nine miles if you want a good service, because this place is not: maybe try to get new management and especially new employees.
I would give this place absolutely no stars if there was an option, I love a good donut after a night out, but this is probably the third time that I went in another time and her system was down. it is very regrettable that I sat in the car for about 10 minutes before anyone could even answer. If you're looking for a delicious donut, where else would you go? I really enjoy the new look of the restaurant, and kids love watching the donuts being made. My only issue is that since the renovation, the chocolate cake and sour cream cake donuts always have too much glaze. But overall, who doesn't love a Krispy Kreme donut?
we showed up 30 minutes before the close and went in. we were told immediately that the lobby was closed and we had to use the drive-thru. we then waited 10 minutes for the one person standing before us to order a chance. the donuts themselves were good, but the experience was less than desirable.
