Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

My husband and I bring our granddaughters here every spring when we arrive for our annual visit. This year was no different. Except we came at night instead of earth AM due to schedules. That said….it was pretty busy. There was some sort of baseball team and a few others in line ahead of us (3/24). James was working that night and he was so pleasant. He consistently checked on us letting us know how he appreciated our patience and that he would take care of us shortly. Finally when it was our turn to order James was personable, engaging in conversation, and just overall pleasant!! Oh and it was my first time I have ever had a hot donut. MAN was that delicious!! Don’t recommend ordering delivery as they will just pick whatever they have to give you.. I paid to customize a box of assorted of 4 original glazed, 4 chocolate iced, 4 chocolate Kreme filled.. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when 8 pumpkin spice and 4 chocolate iced.. when I contacted the store the man who answered told me that they just gave me what they had instead of trying to contact me to sub for something else now I have spent money on a box that is getting thrown out due to a cinnamon allergy.. I have contacted customer service for a refund because the actual store was absolutely no help.

I've been very disappointed the last 3 times. I make an online order for a frozen latte and try to pick up before work. It is never ready and they make it on the spot when I get there. I make the order 10-15 minutes before arriving. I don't understand. And my frozen latte is never blended long enough. Always ice chunks. I give up and will no longer be giving them my money

In town for the first time, decided to take some donuts to our employees. We walk in, clean place, customer service this morning was super , they smile and they were super courteous and very professional. I was super impressed to see that, thank you ladies.

They didn't have a lot of donuts cuz I guess they were selling out. But if you're 24 hours, you better get there early. If you want lemon glazed or a special donut cuz if not you won't get it
