I think I've reached a point where these donuts might be just a bit too sweet for me, haha. The original glazed remains my favorite among all the choices, although the whipped cream-filled donut was a close second. The whipped cream had a slightly savory flavor that balanced the sweetness of the donut nicely. The chocolate iced donut used to be my favorite when I was a kid, but I wasn't as impressed with it this time. The strawberry iced donut also tasted quite artificial. I had high hopes for the strawberry-filled one, but the dough had an undercooked or floury texture, even though I did enjoy the jam filling.
We had an incredible experience at Krispy Kreme this day. We love Krispy Kreme, but what made it truly special was Vere and his team. We arrived close to closing time at 10:00 PM because our 5-year-old was eager for some treats. Vere kindly waited a few extra minutes for us and assisted us in customizing our order. This was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Thank you, team! Keep up the great work and continue bringing smiles to faces!
My 3-year-old was absolutely enchanted by the donuts going by on the conveyor belt and being glazed. He was in awe! The donuts here are some of the best in town. Just be prepared for a long line of cars and walk-ins; it’s been that way since COVID. I highly recommend stopping by to check out the setup and watch the fresh donuts being glazed.
I recently visited the original Krispy Kreme location in Seattle, and I was incredibly impressed. This new spot does not disappoint. They serve the best donuts! Freshly baked and utterly melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Some of our favorites include the Oreo, strawberry, and classic glazed varieties, and we often try their seasonal offerings as well. The place tends to be quite busy, but the line moves quickly, and the donuts are definitely worth the wait!
I never really got the excitement surrounding Krispy Kreme donuts until I visited this location. Now I completely understand. The freshly made donuts topped with glaze were truly incredible. They were so fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely return for more of those fresh donuts!
