I placed an online order on 10/22. I was working that day and didn’t have time to walk in and order. When I arrived I was told they don’t sell the wraps and offered me another type of bread. Ultimately, I requested a refund for that sandwich and said I’d just take the other sandwich I ordered. Well , they had not made it so I had to wait for it. They told me they could not issue me a refund and only the manager could do it. Here we are more than a week later and no refund. I called on Saturday and spoke with the same person who helped me. She stated the manager was not in and took my contact information to pass on to her. I need answers, but more importantly I need my money back for the sand...
Don’t waste your time. I am sure Taco Bell would be just as good. Ugh. This looks place is a joke. They don’t even know their own restaurant wife asks for a soup and sandwich combo, they said sure, and then said. Actually we don’t have it. You can buy a sandwich and buy a soup really, wow… and then their sign said a bunch of soups they don’t actually have. The flow of this place is dumb I am waiting to order and no one is taking my order come to find out. I am in the wrong spot. Could someone ask me what I need? Nope. That’s too crazy. This place has good food, but this new location is absolutely the slowest location I've ever been to- a few times now....why??? WHY not tell your workers that people don't have all day to wait for a simple sandwich to be made???? they have no sense of urgency at all! I just witnessed the lady walk in for a mobile order that she placed 30 minutes ago and it hadn't even been started!!! horrible.. I can't stand that it's a good place with goood food but I prob won't come again because I don't have 45/1 hour to wait.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is severely understaffed! The young staff members do their best, but they lack proper leadership and support. This results in delays in food preparation and a constant rush that negatively impacts the quality of the meals. During my last three visits in the past six months, I noticed several customers leaving in frustration. To the owner: please take the necessary steps to hire more staff, improve cleanliness, and your sales will surely increase!

This location has issues, we waited 30 minutes for them to make two sandwiches. People that ordered after us got their sandwiches before us. Employees don't seem to have it together! The sandwiches are really good and other locations we haven't had any problems. We went back a second time 15 minutes before closing and they refused to make a hot sandwich and the employees seemed irritated that we were there.
I went to the Sourdough Co. in downtown Sac and the workers took atleast 20 minutes to get us 3 sandwiches in an empty restaurant. They were very unprofessional and the workers were laughing and not getting us our food. The workers were messing around in the kitchen, while laughing and we waited atleast 5 minutes to take our order when we were the only people in line.
The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed fresh sandwiches — a pastrami sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich — both of which were excellent. We would definitely return. The restroom was also very clean.
I paid $18 for a tuna sub that had very little tuna in it. I won't be returning. It would be better to just shut down; you're never going to succeed.

Dude.... This place is bomb... Soft sourdough and some great tasting clam chowder... My only gripe is that I didn't buy more soup!! Lol
Perfect blend of crunchy crust with a soft interior. Fantastic house sauce and overall a top tier sandwich.
