It's really unfortunate because they have excellent chicken. Tonight, I went in to place an order, but there was a significant language barrier with the woman at the counter. I thought we were managing to communicate fairly well, but then she abruptly stopped assisting me to clean the oil pans or whatever it was in the back. I stood there for 10 minutes as the only customer, and instead of helping me, she chose to focus on cleaning. I even asked the cashier if someone else could assist me, but they didn't understand what I meant. As a result, I ended up going to KFC instead, which also has good chicken, albeit at a higher price. It's disappointing because the restaurant serves delicious chicken. However, my experience tonight was not great. The woman at the counter had a language barrier, but she initially seemed to be managing well. Unfortunately, she stopped assisting me mid-conversation to clean, leaving me waiting for 10 minutes. Even though I was the only customer there, she chose to prioritize cleaning over helping me. In the end, I had to ask someone else for assistance at the checkout.
