I almost left to go across the street to ValueMart, where the staff is always so friendly. However, I needed something specific from Kroger, so I decided to stay. Fortunately, when I reached the meat counter, I found they were out of the advertised special on pork chops that I wanted. I approached a woman in a white coat named "Victor"—it turned out she was dressing as the meat department manager for Halloween. Even though she couldn't help me directly, she went out of her way to find another meat department worker who could bring out more of the specially packaged chops. I look forward to the great deals every week. I enjoy getting the ad and circling all the items I want to buy. The store is clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and the fresh produce is excellent at reasonable prices.
I highly recommend checking out the floral department too — they have a wonderful selection of gift baskets, balloons, flowers, and more. A big shout out to Tim, Jacob, Sherry, Taylor, and Christine! The restaurant offers a delightful variety of cakes, as well as a great selection of breads and cheeses.
The meat looked fantastic, and the produce and deli items were fresh, making my mouth water.
I'm really looking forward to seeing what they have created in the bakery and deli section!
