Pharmacy went down with the new pharmacist that started new this year. She believes she knows more then the doctor. The doctor called in the same scripts which I 've been on for years and now this new pharmacist doesn 't agree so she refuses to fill. She said I don 't care what any doctor sends in, if I don 't agree then I will refuse to fill . This used to be a great pharmacy until this new pharmacist came in. Not only will we never return to that pharmacy but we will do everything in our power to stop anyone from going there and we will no longer spend a single dollar with Kroger. Sad how one poor employee can ruin an entire store.
Arrived today approx 3pm, parking lot was covered in snow slush, handicapped parking spaces very dangerous 2” of slush snow ice for handicapped drivers to get out of their car into. Extremely dangerous especially for injured or handicapped customers. Too dangerous to shop here. Can you imagine what would happen if newly replaced knee customer slipped in that mess? Too dangerous for elderly injured customers. Very disappointed in this Kroger store their lack of concern for the safety of their customers.
Worst experience ever....went out at 8pm last night to get my click list...only to get there and find out they weren't filling the order. The girl I spoke with was so rude, unhelpful, outright lied to me and then hung up on me when I asked her name. went inside to talk to the manager who was also no help. I left at 8:45 with no groceries. I would have just stopped after work if I would have know. This is really unacceptable and is unfortunately a common experience.
SCAM ALERT- there is no $50 to transfer a prescription! Three calls, 1.5 hours on the phone, three stores, two pharmacies, a 'customer service ' desk closed middle of the day? My Rx is NOT NEW, it 's a transfer. What a scam. Don 't shop here. I asked to send pics of my old and new prescription labels to their specialist who insists my old prescription is new, but they won 't allow it.

I am amazed that when I purchase canned Soda or bottled lemonade, I am always charged the bottle fee, but if I try to return the 2L bottles they are rejected most of the cans and bottles are labeled Please Recycle and are not eligible for money back Kroger needs to update their computer system and stop stealing my money for an obsolete Michigan recycling charge
Dear Kroger, you need to get more lanes opened during prime shopping hours.... 3 lanes at 6pm is not enough when customers are down the isles. no baggers... customers have to bag own groceries. get it right or I will go elsewhere. I watched people leave baskets and walk out. where's your store manager... manage the ques. hire more people.
so because some psycho shot someone in the parking lot, these poor employees are terrified to ask customers to put on masks. The 1 star is actually for the stupid customers who do not wear masks. shame on you.
Your cashier Yogi is not someone who should be working in your store. She’s a very rude employee. She ignores people when they need help and mumbles things under breath when she walks away.

Yelp info is incorrect. They do not take Apple Pay here. Other than that it's an ok store. Due to pandemic they have staff issues and have limited deli hours.
This kroger likes to mock people who are deaf. Absolutely disgusting.
