Krystal - Reserva de mesa

The first time I ordered food online, I walked to the door. The lady asked me, you dont have car? I said no ma 'am i work next door so I walked. Today (11/17/23) I ordered online. The site said, my food would be ready by 1:50. I was late due to work, then once i drove through and stated i had an online order the woman caught an attitude. The manager then proceeded to say dont give it to them . As my mother retrieved my items the manager said l cant come back, because i know the policy. Nothing is clear here, and their attitudes were out of line. Service was less then sub-par. I am disgusted with the low level of service. If they cant serve paying customers accordingly then Krystals might not...

Went to the Krystal drive through today. They were cleaing the drive in front of the speaker. The lady doing the cleaning said pull to the window and order. I did and waited a long time. Finally a young lady Deanna, came asked me what I was doing? I explained trying to order. Her associate told me to pull around. She said no. We can't do that. You have to pull back to the speaker and order. Since I had waited so long there was no 10 cars in line.Ridiculous I was trying to place a simple 10$ order. But the lady at the windows attitude. She actually was insulting in the way she spoke to me. Yet she is the person that was selected to interact with customers.I'll never go back and I'll warn ever...

The way I was greeted and served here I totally forgot that I was at a fast food restaurant. Moreover, I told someone I hated Krystals and I prefer the blue guys. They asked what Krystals have I had. I told them the locations and they recommended this location and I must say; the hate is no longer real. Thanks for the experience.Kid-friendliness: Awesome environment, respectful staff, loving energy, family oriented vibe.

Got ones because I couldn't put zero! The young staff there are horrible. I asked for a sackful with cheese, freshly cooked and extra wet because I live so far away from the restaraunt. I could hear a young lady in the background of the drive thru mic talking smart. When I got to the window they were still laughing and playing. It totally turned me away from this location on Lawrenceville hwy. Reserva una mesa ahora

Made my order, was directed to park alongside, eventually had to go inside to get my order... Apparently the employees argued about what my order was... Finally they got that straight... Got my order, the bread was nearly wet and soggy... The Krystal burgers appeared to have just been tossed together... Never will I go to this particular store again...

I was glad to find a Krystal Restaurant that was still in Operation. Some in my area have been closing. The food was piping hot, the Service was excellent, and there was no wait time in the drive-thru line.

Ordered a Sack Full. Had to wait a few mins to be ready. Delicious and hot. New fries are great. I like this location better than Candler rd.
