I went to place an order at this restaurant, even though there were other people waiting for their food and a large number of Krystals being ordered. The two staff members working were very efficient in taking my order and apologized several times for the wait. They worked quickly to ensure orders were fulfilled and customers were served promptly. It was clear that the staff, a larger woman and a person of color, were hardworking individuals.
I always crave my Krystal fix whenever I'm in Georgia, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The food was fresh, and my order was accurate. The staff were incredibly polite and efficient. While the Cheese Krystals are my favorite, the Krystal Chiks on the menu were fantastic as well!
It took quite a while for my two cheese Krystals and fries to arrive. The cleanliness of the interior was lacking, as the dining room floor was sticky underfoot. On the positive side, the cashier was very understanding about the situation.
I'm leaving this review specifically for the team on duty today (7/23/22) at 3:45 PM. The service was excellent. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly accurate. Nothing was wrong with the order. Great job, everyone! Reserva una mesa ahora
We had to wait around 5 minutes before we could place our order. My chicken was only lukewarm, and my wife’s lunch was cold. The staff appeared unkempt and seemed indifferent. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
