Someone just recommended this place to me and I’m kicking myself for not noticing this place way way way earlier!!!I was able to pull up right out front and wandered in, I was greeted immediately and offered a cosy table and a menu along with some tasty recommendations about what to order, everything looked so good but I settled for my favourites Oxtail, festival and Plantains which came cooked to perfection and were full of incredible flavour! Wow this place is probably one of the most Authentic Yard (Jamaican) restaurants in the city! We called K&S to place a catering order for our family party of 14 people. They had no issues with accommodating our large order for the following day. We ordered, ate and most definitely enjoyed their Jerk Chicken, Ox Tail, Rice n Peas, Linguine, Island Veggies, Calypso Mashed Potatoes, Plantains and Beef Patties. The presentation was great and the flavor was PHENOMENAL! I honestly could not pick out a 'highlight ' as everything was so tasty and amazing and each dish accompanied the others so well. I flew in for this family party from Toronto and K&S is now my favorite Caribbean restaurant : )Job well done K&S!!

After trying multiple Caribbean restaurants in the city, this is by far the best one. I was just passing by it and wasn't really hungry but wanted to give it a try, so I order something light chickpea roti. It was great, but their spiciness level isn't as aggressive as it was back home (in Toronto) so don't be afraid to ask for a higher number when they ask you how spicy it is. Only giving it a three star right now, since its incomplete, will definitely come back here to try their jerk chicken and ox tail. No Caribbean restaurant can be fully reviewed without trying the staples

Great little owner/chef run restaurant with delicious homemade food. Even the sauces are made with love! Jerk chicken was tender, flavourful, and just the right amount of spice. The homemade hot sauce was full of spice, flavour, and heat! The festival were crisp, pillowy soft, and complimented the spice of the sauce perfectly. Tried the pork bites too. Delicious! Definitely adding it to our work lunch rotation.

As a Jamaican (my wifes account)this is not acceptable to me the food costs to much the meat is very little. half of a half a chicken breast waited over an hour and a half! Got told they didn?t have chicken thigh. If I can take chicken breast so I said sure. Totally not worth the price and the wait time!

It was such a pleasure to dine here!! Excellent and warm atmosphere with Keisha and Sean. My first time here! Wonderful food and hospitality!! Highly recommended.

Eating here feels like I'm eating in Jamaica. The relaxed irie ambience and the delicious meals makes this my go to spot for Jamaican cuisine.

Small, simple restaurant. Friendly staff. Jrk Huhn was excellent. Goat stew was also good. Fruitcake Dessert was excellent. Fun place to eat.

I had the oxtail it was perfectly seasoned. It was served with rice peas, plantain a green salad. The meal was delicious.
