Our server was pleasant, but she appeared a bit unsure of herself. When I asked one of the bussers for the Wi-Fi password, he simply replied, "I don’t know, I’m new here," instead of saying he would find out for us.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on Mother's Day. I made reservations for the Mother's Day Brunch expecting a nice meal, but the service was awful. The website said they would be serving brunch after noon, but that was not the case. The menu was very limited and the noise from the loud music was unbearable. Our orders were forgotten, food came out late, and my husband's main dish was super delayed. We were even charged $8 for a water bottle without being given the option for tap water. I plan to return soon and will update this review with more specific details, but I can already say that the hospitality was excellent, even with the high volume of guests. The food was average at best. The guava pollo a la barbacoa was supper fatty, as no fat was trimmed off. The side salad was pure vinegar, so I couldn’t even finish it. As for the show, the host/comedian was bad. I didn’t laugh once and the Kubaret show was lame. I will not be going back.

Food was decent, drinks were good, however my husbands churasco was salty. We felt rushed and the waiter was very short, didnt even say thank you, if it wasn't because we said it first. They automatically tacked on a 18% gratuity.
The food was fantastic and service was good. We did have an early dinner so the place was quite. The ambience of the restaurant superb. Enjoyed ourselves.
Kuba Cabana was great. They do charge a small fee if you want to stay, but the menu offers a fantastic variety that makes it worth it.
It was ok. We were a small party so nobody really cared about us as they did about the bigger tables. Had to ask for water 3 times.
