Kuki Tanuki - Reserva de mesa

This is a neighbourhood gem. Very friendly service and good Japanese food. The stand-out dish for me was the sashimi scallops. Absolutely stunning flavours and super-fresh seafood. The gyoza and salt and pepper squid were good too. The Japanese curry was exactly like every other Japanese curry I've ever tried: bland. But that's authentic for Japanese curry, so it's not a complaint, merely an observation. The wine list is extremely limited, and because I like to drink local wine wherever I am in the world, there wasn't much choice but we did end up with a very nice pinot noir. All in all, a very enjoyable buzzy restaurant. I'll be back.

It's one of the nicer little eateries in the area with great Japanese food served in tapas style - you order drinks, you order bunch of plates and you share them.Best way to book is to phone or drop in as you walk past (I know that's not really an option for most).Their pork/prawn gyoza are very good and they have a decent sized sake list. They have some unusual specialties on the menu such as chicken tartare that I've yet to try.The only downside is it's not really a place to linger - you are on a strict 2 hour time limit..

We came in with no booking and a short time frame as we were attending a play at a theatre nearby. Despite that, the team were very welcoming and rushed our meals through. They have some great dishes and a nice selection of wine. The seating is simple but the flair of the food preparation (i.e. cooking scallops with a blow torch) make up for it. The place had a happy busy hum.Defiantly worth a visit if you are in the neighbourhood. But beware....parking is very difficult to find close by.

we love this place thou stopped going because the menue was not changing.we had a fantastic night with the waiter remembering us by names witch is fantastic.the food was simply delicious again a different menu was presented.We also reminded our friendly waiter on how much we used to love our lunches by having the best ever bento box.God I wish they were doing them again Everything is sims Reserva una mesa ahora

My fiancé and I dined here a week past Friday and I am so glad we did!What's not to love - friendly staff, delicious food and cocktails! We ordered a selection of dishes to share and each one was delicious, and hardly any wait in between dishes. I'm sure they were all roughly on the table at be same time which was good! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Love this place. Food is really really real really really good! If you haven't got it yet then you just need to try them out. Good variety on the menu. Good always tasty and fast service.My favs are definitely the Chicken Wings OMG!! The best. Prawn Dumplings are yum. The sushi rolls are all very good too.

Highly recommended food is delicious, service is great and it's the local! Did the banquet which everyone loved! There is nothing not to like or enjoy. It's a cosy laid back joint leaving you to enjoy the company you are in Will be back again!

You just pay far too much for what you get here, even if the quality is decent. It's worth checking out once, but I haven't been back, myself.
