The food is delicious, but I have a consistent issue with the takeout soup leaking. It would be great if the restaurant could place the soup underneath and seal it with plastic wrap before closing the container. I remember this used to be done, so I'm not sure why it has changed. The waiter was incredibly rude. She seemed to get upset when I spoke to her politely and even rolled her eyes when I requested chili oil. I tried to be courteous, saying “I’m sorry” and “thank you” in a kind manner, but she didn't respond at all. Her arrogance was off-putting, making her seem almost monstrous. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Every time I visit, I try something different, but the flavors are consistently excellent. I definitely want to make Jing Fen House a regular stop on my dining list! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was ok but service was rude. I saw someone waiting for their takeaway outside and the waitress coming out saying to them in a scolding tone “why haven’t you come in to collect your takeaway?” They didn’t even know it was ready.
