Poor front cashier service. Took a long time to get 2 drinks. Lady was not courteous, impatient and overworked. There were only two people working and this lady worker was clearly not happy and translated to her service. The male worker was awesome Management female stopped by, went to the back and didn?t even acknowledge or say hi to the overworked staff. FYI- per this female worker, 100 percent sugar and 0 percent is the same thing for the drinks- at least for the red bean WOW drink. Keep that in mind when ordering somewhat more heath conscious drinks from this place

Disgustingly sweet/artificial milk tea and hard tapioca pearls. Two friends and I came here each getting a different milk bubble tea and all of them were awful. We threw them out after a couple sips. First time any of us have ever tossed a bubble tea.

Bubble tea chain that has a good selection of drinks. The bubbles are very chewy and fresh and drinks can be customized to your liking (ice level, sugar level). Very easy to use app that you can order ahead on and pick up

The Thai Milk Tea doesn’t taste like traditional Thai tea and lacks the characteristic orange color. I did add bubbles, which made it enjoyable, but it still doesn’t have that authentic Thai tea flavor. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great spot, tea was good. The customer service was excellent, they were nice. Allowed customers to stay in the store. Free wifi, unfortunately had to pay for street parking but thats cool.

The food is delicious every time I visit. The only downside was that the top wasn't sealed properly, which caused us to lose some of our drinks. Nevertheless, everything was still great!

Didnt know there would be chunks of oat in the drink. Flavor was good but texture was weird.
