Location: it is located inside Queens Crossing Mall, it is food court so you just buy and go but there are few seatings if you want to dine in. Service: I just ordered and according to the receipt she got everything right but when I am in my car, two of my orders does not have boba on it. Funny thing is that when she handed to me my order she told her co worker that they don’t have boba anymore. So what is that? You knew that there is no boba but still bill me thinking that my bubble tea has boba?? Also, when I opened one of them are leaking! I can't believe what happened to me today. I ordered two teas to go, as I usually do, but I wasn't sure if I had specified that I wanted them both hot. The person on the phone insisted that my friend had placed the order without paying, even though she was still at home and hadn't left yet. He threatened to call the police if I didn't come to the store and settle the bill, claiming he would review the security footage when my friend showed up. Who in their right mind would take food without paying and then call back to complain about the tea temperature, only to come back for another order? Seriously, think about it. This guy deserves a 1 out of 10 stars, even if he is the owner.
The customer service at this restaurant is subpar. The staff is unprofessional and fails to announce orders, even when customers are waiting for their drinks. They seem to completely overlook the needs of the customers. If I'm paying $5-7 for a drink, I expect to be treated with respect.
I strongly recommend Kung Fu Tea for their fantastic bubble tea. Even though this location is small, the quality of their drinks is always exceptional. If you love bubble tea and are nearby, definitely give this place a visit!

This restaurant is a bit too sweet for my liking. The menu is only available in English, and orders are placed via a machine. I've also noticed that the staff doesn't seem very friendly to older customers.
I tried their signature drink, the Kungfu with bubbles, but I found the bubbles to be a bit tough and they had a raw taste. I also ordered the taro milk tea, which was excessively sweet for my liking.
The passion fruit green tea had a generous amount of foam on top. When I took a sip, my mouth was filled with foam. Unfortunately, the straw was cracked, and I ended up cutting my tongue.
Too many teenagers behind the register throwing around ?hei gui? thinking you cant understand them. Other black people don?t come here
