Quite surprised to see the number of excellent reviews of this restaurant. I've been here several times (out of convenience more than anything else given that it's close to home), and never been particularly impressed, except perhaps by the price tag. The food isn't bad, but pretty average across the board (I've tried a range of their dishes). Most recently, I stopped in for some steamed rice and spring rolls to supplement a meal that we were throwing together, and regretted it. Good service and food in a small Asian restaurant in a small plaza. Nice decor and a very busy spot for a Tuesday evening! Fairly good selection of Glutenfree free choice and two people ordered individual meals and we shared our three meal selections. The dumplings we apparently very good and sushi had crab and smoked salmon! Very yummy! We shared a baked coconut rice, pad Thai and a red curry vegetable stir fry! All was delicious!!! We all received a special treat of fudge to celebrate their 3 year anniversary as well as Mother's Day! Delicious! Would enjoy going again. Reservations recommended

This review is not only about the lengthy delivery time. When ordering, I was told that the food would be delivered in 30 minutes or less. It took almost an hour. The food we ordered was still hot though, but I think they forgot the garnish on the pad thai. It would have been better with more sauce as well. The other dish we ordered, the house special chow mein, was good, but nothing special to note about it. The spring rolls were very good however!We will try different menu items next time.

We ordered food for Mother's Day and had to wait a while for our food. We discovered that there were new owners who were not quite prepared for the Mother's Day rush. The food was okay, but some things were noticeably different, like the egg rolls and chicken dish. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not as friendly as we're used to. My family enjoyed the excellent service, food and evening. We also had leftovers so we enjoyed it the next day too. The egg rolls are the best in Ottawa.

I have to add my two cents: Kung Fu Bistro has become one of my favorite spots! The food was delicious and a blend of various Asian cuisines.

I recommend getting the dumplings, pad thai, general tao, and chicken harmony! I've been coming here since the opening and I adore the food.

Have never been disappointed - we do mostly delivery from here at least once a month since they opened. Fast and great service. A++

I love this restaurant so much. The service is incredible - they truly make their customers feel like part of the family.
