Der positive Gesamteindruck der Küche bei unserem letzten Besuch im Dezember hat sich bestätigt - hochwertige Ausgangsprodukte in sehr sorgfältiger, klassischer Zubereitung, unter Einbeziehung auch von aufwendigeren Zutaten wie foie gras oder Hummer; erstere diesmal als wiederum perfekt zubereitete Terrine, letzterer in allerdings homöopathischer Dosierung in Begleitung von Kalbsbries - hier hätte man sich allerdings eine etwas ausdrucksstärkere Sauce gewünscht, wie überhaupt Saucen nicht unbedingt das Highlight des Restaurants sind. Sehr gut das Almochsenfitet mit Morcheln, und ebenso der Spargel. Leider Schwächen im Service: Wein wurde eingeschenkt, ohne ihn vorher probieren zu lassen, und...
Sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir waren zu viert und wählten das große Menu. Alle waren sehr angetan. Für diese Preisklasse bekam man, was erwartet werden kann. Das Ambiente - nun gut, ein bisschen frischer Wind würde wahrscheinlich nicht schaden. "Hexenhäusle - Atmosphäre" dürfte es gut treffen. Der Herr des Hauses schlich über den gesamten Abend an den Tischen vorbei und im Übergang zwischen Küche und "Gastraum" hin und her, ohne aber "aktiv" ins Geschehen einzugreifen - für den Verfasser ein bisschen irritierend. Wenn man sich schon im Blickkontakt zur Kundschaft bewegt, sollte man Wünsche der Kunden unmittelbar&persönlich aufnehmen und nicht an das Service-Personal delegieren und so eine zeitli...
Hemos visitado el restaurante Kupferpfanne Copper Kettle varias veces y llegamos a la conclusión de que es uno de los mejores restaurantes de la región. La comida es alemana y de temporada estuvimos allí en la temporada de espárragos, pero hacen un esfuerzo adicional ... en este restaurante que los distingue de otros lugares: la comida está bien presentada y fresca, las porciones no son extra grandes y la comida es mejor en comparación con otros lugares en esta área. El servicio es muy amable y se satisfacen deseos especiales. Uno realmente se siente como un huésped bienvenido en este restaurante. El lugar es pequeño y acogedor, tradicional y agradable y recomendamos reservar.
We have visited the Kupferpfanne (copper kettle) restaurant various times now and got to the conclusion that this is one of the best restaurants in the region. The food is German and seasonal (we were there at asparagus season), but they go this extra mile...at this restaurant which distinguish them from other places: the food is nicely presented and fresh, the portions are not extra large and the food is finer (compared to other places in this area). The service is very friendly and special wishes are being accomodated. One really feels as a welcomed guest in this restaurant. The place is small and cosy, traditional and nice and we recommend a reservation.

Der Wirt/Koch gibt sich wirklich Mühe und es lohnt sich ! Sicherlich, es ist nicht ganz billig, aber dafür bekommt man etwas für sein Geld !Hinfahren !
