I went to this restaurant because it was recommended to me for a romantic dinner with my wife and I was surprised from the moment we walked through the door. First we were greeted by the chef, a rather nice guy, and we were taken inside the place, quite daring in the case of a place in Ronda, they have given it a character that is taking you into the food that you are going to taste. When we sat down they continued to surprise us with an assortment of oils from the place that were very good, then they presented us with the meats that we could choose from and finally, they reviewed the menu, which all looked incredible. Absolutely unmissable!!! Despite the [very unlikely] location, after entering, you can feel like you are anywhere in the world, but in one of the best restaurants in the world, as for meat (excellent grilled (very well... ... Also, lots of good starters, exceptional salads and very attentive and friendly service... good wine list, with some classics of reference (it's always good to drink Muga again!! ... I don't understand the unflattering comments (only from people who don't usually buy quality meat or eat in decent restaurants... because the price-quality ratio is very (very! good... who wants to eat for little money, there are loads of fast junk food in the center of Ronda, it's not wort...
Just perfect. Service, education and attention to detail. The unbeatable cut of meat and excellent maturation. I recommend the Friesian to the point. The garnish could not be better, padrón peppers and truffled mashed potatoes with an unbeatable texture. Great variety of wines, both from Ronda and national and international to accompany the fantastic meat. A must visit place on every trip to Ronda.
The steak was good however we felt that for 1.6 kg and 128 euros we didn't get much meat and the cut had lots of fat. What we had was good though. The sides were very good. He visitado restaurantes de alto nivel. Puedo afirmar que esta carne es inigualable. Comimos la provoleta (es lo habitual, pero perfecta) y luego el cerdo ibérico y el lomo bajo, un 10 para ambos. 100% recomendado... Imagino que el T-bone debe ser espectacular, lo pediremos la próxima vez... ¡MERECE SU 4.9... PEQUEÑA PERO ESPECTACULAR CARTA!
