Pure Emmental. Very courteous hosts, and they are happy to serve the hungry cyclist or hiker just a soup (always very tasty, completely homemade! Because the dishes are prepared individually, certain waiting times are sometimes unavoidable. (But who wants to rush here in this little paradise? ... : Even if the roads are cleared as best as possible in winter, a certain degree of caution is required due to the incline on the journey there and back.

Idyllically located forestry with an adventurous journey here you can 'pause ' everyday life! This time we left it at dessert, but still took a look at the promising menu. Everyone will find something there, and if you are looking, you will also find 1(! tripe menu.

From the reception to the farewell: Cordiality. The sleeping cheese is highly recommended. This adventure is a MUST. You are also completely embedded in nature at this beautiful place of power. Simply fantastic. The restaurant is also highly recommended.

The overnight stay in the Emmentaler Käse was wonderful... the host was very friendly and we didn 't miss anything. The breakfast was wonderful. My tip... Order tripe in the Kuttelbad, highly recommended.

Warm welcome and nice service in a family atmosphere. The food was wonderful. Only the wine list still has plenty of room for improvement.
