Kyala Sushi Japanese Cuisine

I visited this fantastic little restaurant located in one of the strip malls nearby. The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was top-notch, and the waitress was very attentive. I could ask for anything I needed. They would highly recommend this place if you live in the area. It may not be worth driving far to get here, but if you're nearby, the food is delicious and the ambiance is charming. I will definitely return when I'm in the neighborhood and craving sushi. The Chirashi dish was $30 when I dined there.

My husband loved his pork katsu with house-made curry. The pork cutlet was perfectly cooked and juicy with a crisp thin crust. The curry sauce was tasty without being overly salty or thick. My combination plate had nice, lacy tempura. The shrimp could have been a little larger, but I’m grateful that the amount of batter was not overly thick. I liked the freshness of the vegetables, especially the tender, sweet green beans. The salmon shioyaki was cooked just right. Good, friendly service.

The sushi and fresh rolls at this restaurant are excellent. They offer authentic Japanese specialties that you won't find at your average sushi spot. We tried the shishu and wagyu a5 sushi and they were both amazing. The sweet garnels were also a delightful addition to the sushi, and the fresh nebel soup was a refreshing start to the meal. Overall, everything was fantastic and the rolls were also delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Diamant Bar.

After spending two summers traveling around Japan, this restaurant instantly transported me back there! They offer a wide selection of traditional Japanese dishes, with a fantastic sushi bar. I highly recommend it.

This is my favorite Jacka Cuisine restaurant in Los Angeles County, California! The food is delicious and high quality. It can get crowded during dinner rush, but the wait is worth it!
