I went into Boothwyn for the first time and the lady behind the counter made it seem like it was a total inconvenience that I was in the first place. I started ordering and she started complaining about how I didn't order wrong. She then went ahead and began complaining about how other customers also order incorrectly. It was so unpleasant and rude, so I never said anything to her and left. I'm not going back.

Food is excellent, however, the customer service is horrendous. Placed order in Boothwyn for pickup in Brookhaven when I went to pickup, they didn't have order. They said they never received it. Boothwyn location is hit or miss with hours can't count on them being open.Will miss their perogies and strawberry shortcake but I will not be back!

No one was in the store for the first time. We greeted the woman behind the counter and were treated as if we disturbed her. Worst customer experience has never even given up the order, it is a shame because the cakes looked good! According to the previous reviews, I would suggest making a customer service change. Location

I don't care how good it is to eat. the person who works there I don't know if she was the owner or only a worker as she talked to me was the worst customer service she ever had. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I just asked a few questions and she was so upset with me....maybe this kind of work for her.

the products are downhill. during collection the ordered items are not on site. the employees at the boothwyn site are extremely rude and annoying for customers. not the place it uses.
