Only restaurant opened on Monday noon, we enjoyed the reception and the kitchen. The oysters were excellent, fleshy and tasted. The home foie gras was very good too, a hair too salty and peppery for me, but it's a personal taste business. The rest of the meal was just as good, I had the last calf blanquette, because they also take care if you want the dish of the day, at the opening it can no longer stay or very little. We ate by chance in the hotel's restaurant a noon during a hike through Cereste. A very pleasant surprise, the menu is nice and tasty dishes, because there is a real cook behind. Excellent price ratio (up to 13 euros) and cordial service. I recommend!
