We came in the evening and it was a real disappointment. We were faithful customers and loved Christophe's welcome. But in a year the quality is down, as much as the quality of the products as that of reception and cleanliness. The decor remains beautiful but between the grille that has been used to cook our meats that have been placed on the ground, the roquefort sauce tastes vinegar, the very dirty glasses and the cold dish... we are very disappointed that it is damage. Coming on a Tuesday with my family, we decided to have lunch in this most enjoyable restaurant. Indeed the welcome was warm and the food was frankly excellent, we had come to eat cassoulet and we were served. The restaurant's interior is friendly and a background music is present to accompany the meal. The final prize was very resonable (150€ for 2 children and 4 adults). I strongly advise you to book a table in this restaurant at your next visit to the city of Carcassonne.
To flee I don't understand the previous positive reviews... Received normally ok We bring you the map and we tell you I'll be back in 3 minutes I'll smoke my cigarette. Resto indeed atypical but very dusty flat and quant z the map you will see nothing extraordinary and cassoulet less good than those of some industrial brands Look at the pictures presented you will see ue c is really ordinary and better go to flunch ...

Welcome. we chose the menu at 22€ which turned out to be a scam. The salad was found in a supermarket bag, the duck confit was correct but no more. the whole menu was bad and unsatisfactory. to escape. We were made to have by the decoration and the signs that seemed to announce a good restaurant, but it is only a simple catcher-tourist with bad taste.
I don't know if we can call this a restaurant, it's a real catcher! glass sangria at 5 € !!!! Of course, duck magret, if it's insipid, cooked and that's all. We are in the southwest, it is inconceivable to propose it. cooking requires care, creativity, taste, good products ... flee!
Bad cooking, and laying held by people who are not concerned about what they make people ingested ( Avoid bologna spagettis; It's hard to miss! We are far from the good traditional French restaurant. A tourist catch like most restaurants in the city mediéval today unfortunately...
