ANNEX You need to repair experience around the ski area. At checkin we were not told that there is a code at the door, so I had to make unnecessary walks at the reception with my board. 2. After I actually got the door code and access to the ski room, I need to check every flashing locker when it is empty or not and then learn that all of them are occupied. Disgusting. 3. The man with a moustache at the reception was not really friendly to say we need to bring our snowboards into the ski room (even if there is a hotel mistake not warn us that the door has an access code). He should save that voice tone for his wife and children, but not for the customers. 4. Parfum spread in space is beautiful, but too much concentration. Should be less noticeable.
Muy buen hotel. Esta cerca de una parada de autobus que te acerca a los telefericos para subir a las pistas de esqui. Especial mención a Elisa, española que trabaja alli y nos hizo la estancia muy amena. Jorge nos ayudo para poder alquilar ropa de esquí. El personal muy amable. Tiene una amplia zona de estar con juegos, luz natural y hasta incluso un piano. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas y la limpieza es espectacular. La habitacion estaba perfecta todos los dias. Muy buen hotel.
Great hotel stylish, but not stuffy, in a slightly rustic style (rough wood cladding) with modern creative bar area and good bedrooms. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good. Oh, and I mentioned the amazing view of Mont Blanc! Only areas for improvement were 1) the inter connection doors between some rooms were much too flimsy and leave a lot of noise through your neighbors; 2) there are too few lockers in the trunk for all guests Skis / Boards
My third stay at this excellent hotel. The hotel is located in Chamonix, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, buses to the slopes just outside. The hotel is immaculately clean with a very attentive and service staff. Loved the lounge area next to the bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and dinner. Overall excellent in all kinds, not too big hotel with personal service. Will be back.
