too short cash for a holiday? these bijoux boulangerie in bruntfield have friendly staff who chat with them in French, real brot and a baker. small tables and chairs, simple decoration and basket of the brotes supplement the ambiente. I felt like I was in france on a mini-brok. it could feel easily over- or experimentally hard, but it does not. la barantine is a beautiful place to stop when they want to feel how they treat themselves to a trip, but much cheaper and faster than fly.
French sky. this little caffe in bruntsfield is a joy. it is compact, but has a charm, everything it is. this is supported by the friendly French staff who feel welcome to their customers. the freshly prepared cakes and hearty objects are completely authentic and the coffee is excellent. my flan pattisier was exquisite with exactly the right amount of sweet. often packed and out good ground. a great addition to this one and worth a visit.
we just wanted a sandwich, but with 30 minutes in paris. the personal offered a welcome as warm as their baguettes and took our order in French. it may sound gimmicky, but not. the kitchen lived with French banter and we soon had forgotten that we made a trip to bruntsfield. the sandwiches were very bon and the cakes looked inconspicuous, we did not take part in this opportunity, but will meet the macarons next time!
quaint little store and I mean, little, it will be a maximum of 14 pax very tight, they serve a small selection of lighter meals and patisseries. the patisseria are divine! the best Custard fan ever. they make a delicious orange blossom tea with hot chocolate twice in 3 days there, I need to say more!
