We ordered the combo indicated in the picture. A cheese burger +bacon+fries+pepsi. We ordered 2 combos. Plus an extra poutine, as well as ketchup packets and utensils. When we received our order, there were 2 cheeseburgers and a poutine. Nothing else. No fries, no pepsi, no ketchup or utensils. I called the restaurant but they said that was what I ordered according to what they received. She said there must be a mistake on the website. There was nothing they would do. So the money was gone and I was out the fries, pepsi and so on, which I then had to spend more on to buy them elsewhere. Even amongst the many Belle Provinces, I would not recommend this one. Food is dodgy and made without care. Service is below average and even rude at time.Never have been happy with whatever I ordered, so I stopped going.

The fries and onion rings were really great, but something was just off with the steamed hot dogs in our order, I think they were overcooked which led to everything being soft and soggy.
