We've eaten at some very special and renowned restaurants around the world, but this was absolutely one of the most wonderful, memorable ever. It was recommended to us by some other foodies we know well, so we asked for a reservation. The restaurant was not quite scheduled to be open for the season, but as it was my husband's birthday they graciously started early.
