Right around the corner of main square in St. Guilhem-le-Desert we found this Crèperie, led by an brettanic ex-sailor, who decorated his restaurant wonderfully with thousand little memories from seatrips around the world. You feel like in a pirates hideout and get quickly served first quality original crèpe and refreshing cidre. Great place to go with friends or with your kids. You will love it!
I've been a regular visitor of the beautiful village of Saint-Guilhem and over the past 3 decades I've seen many restaurants come and go. Many of them offer quite standard dishes, but La Belliloise serves a vast collection of galettes and crepes. Very well prepared and served in the particular interior. Recommended!
Hear we ate:- best US pancakes eaten in France,- one of he best buckwheat pancakes we ever had,- and excellent wheat .pancakes.As H. Bolton, CitiBank senior analyst, said a few days ago , "Splendid crêpes for splendid moments with splendid friends" and he was right!!!

Cross this beautiful village, a small ice was built with the summer heat! And what a surprise! Ice creams are amazing, and quantities too! a 3-ball jar with lemon basil, clementine and melon, a treat!
Very good glacier despite the little generous portions. The staff gentleman is very kind, effective and attentive, they leave the ice at the expense even for 2 minutes if needed!
The Galettes were good even if the pastry was very dry. Not the best galettes we had. Service and food delivery was very slow.
