La Bergerie - Reservar una mesa

We booked for dinner after night skiing and arrived 30 minutes before our booking. I am 4 months pregnant so could not join my family night skiing so I went to sit inside and wait for them. The staff were incredibly rude in telling me to sit outside (at 6.30pm when the sun had gone the temperature is sub zero) and when I explained I am pregnant she shouted at me that I had to go and sit outside until the dinner service was ready at 7. Apparently I could not even sit out of the way inside while they set up for dinner even though we had a booking for 5 people and were paying customers. The owner was the rudest of all and shouted in my face in front of all the staff and also at my mother who had thankfully come to wait with me by this time. My mother told them I would not be waiting outside and that we would sit quietly out of the way. The owner and the 3 female staff working stomped around making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and saying rude things about us in French to each other. I have never felt more unwelcome or experienced such an appalling level of customer service. Absolutely terrible. Shame really because the food is good but I would not recommend it due to the rudeness of the staff.

We,ve come to this resort for 20 years. My kids learned to ski here and now my grandkids. La Bergerie has always been a part of the experience for us and something we look forward to. Last night my daughter, 4 months pregnant went to wait while we took our very proud grand daughter first time skier to do a run and triumphantly ski in for her dinner under the floodlights. She, a customer of 20 years, was treated as a nuisance by the staff and told to wait outside in sub zero temperatures. Madame responsable? proprietaire? your behaviour was hugely inconsiderate and I'm sure that we are not the only people who you have been rude to in the pursuit of profit over people. Your attitude reflects badly on you, on your establishment and your larger community. Yes there is more business than you can handle in the holidays but rest assured that you will no longer have our custom in those quieter times when we have used La Bergerie in the past. I'll miss the friendly restaurant we used to know. The food remains good but the ambience has gone. Shame.

Went on the opening day of the season. Service was swift, Truffade was correct. Very pleasant on the slopes. Unfortunately can be very busy as no much competition in this nice ski resort, which does not help to push upwards the overall rating.

The best thing about this place is the location, you can walk in with ski shoes... Food is ok, but clearly not the best around.

Good service, delicious food.Location is just near ski pistes.That makes it very good lunch place ..Hot wine is a good choice
