in the heart of town but feels authentic. Very quaint and atmospheric inside. There was a choice of menu del dia prices €13 or €21) we decided to go for the €21 though there was no reason to think we wouldn't have enjoyed the cheaper one. Bread and Tortilla arrives with our drinks and our meal for me is the Sopa Castellana garlic soup with paprika, ham and and egg) and Chuletas de Cordero de Segovia lamb chops). He has Judiones de la Granja white bean soups with chorizo) and Cochifrito de Cochinillo chunks of suckling pig fried in garlic and oilive oil). We are rather full but he manages to squeeze in a flan and I have icecream. Would happily recommend

We were treated so well from the moment we arrived. We sat outside watching swifts in flight and enjoying the throng of people around. Beautiful clean service. We ordered starter and main. Lamb cutlets and sucking pig. Just amazingly delicious and very well priced. Beautiful red wine. The local sponge and marzipan tart was fabulous too. Our waiter was called Dur/Dor(? delightful Highly recommend

Although in the heart of a very touristy area of Spain this little restaurant felt completely traditional and the food home cooked and wonderful (hearty soup and pork and potatoes). Friendly service and great blues music in the background highly recommended will seek it out if ever in Segovia again. Would love to have had some warmer weather to sit out on their terrace next time.
